A MILLION TIMES

We didn't come from tech. We came from decades in the car business — dealerships, billion-dollar platforms, and 100,000 direct acquisitions.

Where We Learned the Car Business

One of our founders spent the 1990s building one of the largest franchised dealership groups in Colorado — spanning Denver and the Front Range through a decade of explosive growth. That experience gave us a ground-level education in what buyers and sellers actually want, and how broken the traditional dealership model was at delivering it.

1996Industry Watershed

Acquired by Republic Industries — the Birth of AutoNation

Those Colorado dealerships were acquired by Wayne Huizenga's Republic Industries in one of the landmark consolidation deals of the era. Republic Industries went on to become AutoNation — today the largest automotive retailer in the United States. Being part of that transaction from the inside showed us exactly how the industry was consolidating, and where the real opportunity lay.

Vroom — Reinventing How America Buys and Sells Cars

Our founders co-founded Vroom with a single thesis: the entire car transaction — buying and selling — could happen online, without a dealership, without the haggling, without the games. We proved it. Vroom purchased over 100,000 vehicles directly from consumers across all 50 states. In June 2020, Vroom went public on the Nasdaq, raising approximately $468 million in one of the largest automotive IPOs of the decade. At peak scale, Vroom generated over $3 billion in annual revenue.

RumbleOn — The Same Model for Powersports

One of our founders then applied the same direct-acquisition playbook to motorcycles and powersports through RumbleOn. The model was the same: cash offer, online, direct from the owner — no dealership required. RumbleOn listed on the Nasdaq in 2018 and scaled to over $1.6 billion in annual revenue, cementing the proof that direct acquisition works across vehicle categories.

SUYT — The Direct Model for Collector Cars

The collector car market has always been the hardest to crack — illiquid, opaque, and driven by personal relationships and auction luck. Serious cars sit for months. Transactions fall through. Sellers accept low bids just to exit. We built Sell Us Your Toys to fix that: a real offer, a real third-party inspection, same-day payment, and free transport. The same infrastructure that moved 100,000 cars, now focused on the ones that actually matter.

Why We're Different

THE DIRECT ACQUISITION ADVANTAGE

We've done this 100,000 times. The process works because we've spent decades building it.

We Price From Real Data
